Rmgroup Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and rmgroup ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the rmgroup platform, including all services, games, features, and content made available therein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the rmgroup platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms.

Rmgroup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via the platform or through appropriate communication channels.

To register and use rmgroup's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority under the laws of your country or region, whichever is higher.
• Not prohibited from using online gambling services under the local laws applicable to you.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party.
• Providing accurate, true, current, and complete personal information during registration.
• Holding a valid Malaysian bank account for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Rmgroup reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. You are required to provide valid identification documents, proof of address, and any other requested documents when asked. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is completed.

Rmgroup supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow (QR and transfer), FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank QRPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Depending on your payment method and account level.
• Deposit fees: rmgroup does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Processing time: Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and eWallets are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 5–30 minutes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using payment methods registered in your own name. rmgroup does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made using a payment method not belonging to you may be rejected and returned, with potential account suspension.

Rmgroup members may withdraw available funds from their account subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match or correspond to the deposit method used — this is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method and internal verification process.
• Rmgroup reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.

Rmgroup offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated in the respective promotional material. General terms applicable to all bonuses include:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash.

Rmgroup uses an advanced detection system to identify suspicious behaviour. Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and legal action where necessary.

Rmgroup is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games on the platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by recognised third-party testing bodies.

Each game has its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Unfamiliarity with game rules cannot be used as grounds for chargebacks or disputes over game outcomes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your rmgroup account login credentials secure, including your username, password, and verification codes. rmgroup recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Reporting any unauthorized access to the rmgroup support team immediately.

Rmgroup is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility unless there is clear evidence that your account was accessed without authorisation by a third party.

Rmgroup provides its platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, rmgroup is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gaming activities on the platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or service failures caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers, payment gateways, or other service providers.

In any circumstances, rmgroup's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.

Rmgroup reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from the relevant regulatory authorities.
• Any other reason that, in rmgroup's judgment, necessitates such action.

You may also close your rmgroup account at any time by contacting our support team. In the case of termination initiated by you without any breach, any valid remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks have been completed.

Rmgroup reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify members via a notice on the platform or through appropriate communication channels.

Updated Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon publication on the rmgroup platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to rmgroup's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
